PNGtoTXT provides online batch tools for individuals and teams, including but not limited to text replace, image compression and batch file rename. The site is currently offered as a free tool platform. We do not guarantee absolute accuracy or stability of results; please use with care in critical business scenarios and always keep backups.

PNGtoTXT is designed to process files primarily in your browser: parsing, compression and export happen locally, and files are not uploaded to our server for storage. We do not intentionally store the content of files you process.

  • Processing mainly occurs in browser memory. Closing or refreshing the page clears current task data.
  • If any future feature requires server interaction, we will clearly state this on the relevant page.
  • We recommend avoiding highly sensitive files on public computers and clearing browser data where appropriate.

4. Third‑party libraries & browser permissions

To provide document parsing, compression and zip download, the front‑end may use third‑party open‑source libraries (for example, document parsers, compression libraries and zip generators). These libraries execute only in your browser.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service. Tools may fail or behave unexpectedly due to browser compatibility, network conditions or changes in third‑party libraries.
  • You are responsible for backing up data. We are not liable for data loss, formatting issues or business loss caused by use of these tools.
  • We are not liable for service interruption or data damage caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, policy changes or network failures).
